Evolution was launched in 2011 by Rocawear, the fashion brand of Hip Hop star Jay Z, and was the third fragrance from the brand. This is an amber woody fragrance for men which opens with notes of Bergamot, Mango, Rhubarb and Rum. The middle notes are Coffee, Incense and Nutmeg. At the base of Evolution are notes of Amber, Musk, Tonka Bean and Woodsy Notes. The key notes here are the Rum, Coffee and Incense, which lead the charge, before the woody notes shine on the dry down. The fragrance is very much a masculine one, with a darkness to it, and boozy vibe, though is very much suitable for any situation.
