Acqua Azzurra is an aromatic aquatic fragrance for men, created by Mark Buxton and launched in 2008 by Gianfranco Ferre. The inspiration of the perfume was the Capri Island, off the coast of Naples in Italy, and the combination of mystery and beauty of the island. Acqua Azzurra has top notes of Bergamot, Lavender and Orange Blossom; middle notes of Violet Leaf, Ginger and Rose; and base notes of Guaiac Wood and Patchouli. The notes combine to create a fresh, clean and crisp aquatic fragrance. Notably the fragrance works better in warmer weather, and is very much one suited for the late Spring months as well as Summer. Elegant, modern, and long-lasting—ideal for the contemporary fragrance lover.
